Aimee Stewart – “Gypsy Firefly”

Don’t want to be made of cardboard–
Or of feathers blown away.
Nor Gorilla Glue, or staples–holding me in sway.
Don’t want foundations faulty–
Or cornerstones that cringe.
It’s sturdy dreams I’m after—that will hold and not unhinge!
